Ordering from our website is easy and secure. You can order online 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Payments Accepted
The Monogrammed Spot accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders. The easiest way to pay by check is to print out your invoice and mail it with full payment (including shipping and taxes) to the address above. Please make checks and money orders payable to The Monogrammed Spot. For personal checks, your order will be shipped as soon as the check clears our bank.

Shipping
We ship our merchandise USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on weight and automatically calculated by our shopping cart when you check out. Your order will be shipped within ten (10) business days. Please allow 4-5 days for your items to arrive once they have been shipped.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep our site current, but occassionally, some items sell out quickly. If we are unable to completely fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly.
Returns
Because all monogrammed items are custom made, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. For this reason, it is very important that we understand your instructions. Please make use of the comment boxes when selecting a product, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. In the event that you receive a product and we have made a mistake, please notify us promptly.
